Poulton is a man called Matthew Viner who now goes by the name Melissa Poulton. He is not only a heterosexual man, and a father, he is an ex Conservative Party candidate. He jumped ship to the Green Party in 2020. Despite his political history he was selected as parliamentary candidate for the Greens: Standing in the constituency of Bromsgrove.

None Crime Hate Incident.
Viner/Poulton caused a little media furore when a candidate standing in a neighbouring constituency spoke out about his candidacy after Viner retweeted support for a campaign to increase female representation in parliament. Viner was doing his bit by trying to get elected.😳
This hypocrisy was called out by a female M.P in a neighbouring constituency.
Laughable as this is there is a more serious concern since Mclean had her comment recorded as a Non-Crime hate incident by the police.
Both the Labour leader of Redditch council and co-leader of the Green Party (since elected as an MP) criticised Mclean and defended Viner.
Skin Walker: Usurping a wife’s identity.
You will notice that his previous surname was Viner but he has now adopted the surname of his ex partner; who is the mother of his daughter. This is not uncommon and is a phenomenon I covered in an earlier piece. This is from a piece written by the wife of a cross-dressing man.
