I have decided to cover Corey for my series on marketing the “transgender” child. You can read that series below 👇. Corey is still only in his twenties but has amassed a huge following across a range of social media.
Marketing the Transgender Child
Corey was a huge sensation in the United States; having produced a viral video focused on anti-bullying. This was seized upon by media organisations who were hungry for stories about “transgender children” . This soon reached the U.K and was featured in the Independent and ITV.

His own mother, subsequently, decided she was also “transgender” which generated even more publicity. She was a heterosexual, married, woman who had given birth to five kids.

The mum became Eric after, amid claims she tried, for decades. to suppress the feeling of being a man trapped in a woman’s body; fantasising about suffering with cancer so she could justify get a double mastectomy.

Corey’s fantasy about being the opposite sex began after he was exposed to the reality series featuring Jazz Jennings, former poster kid for the marketing of “the Transgender child”. Jazz has not had a happy trajectory, he is now severely over weight, struggles to form relationships and, overall, is no longer a positive advert for transgender medicine /surgeries.

There is a lot of debate about the role of the media in driving the phenomenon of the “transgender child”. Many of us believe it is fuelling a social contagion. Conversely pro-trans voices argue that increasingly negative coverage is driving down referrals to gender clinics, as in the article below.
The autor’s all have a financial interest in the Gender Identity Industry.

They admit that many of their clients were influenced by positive portrayals in the media. Citing Caitlin Jenner, Chelsea Manning and Eliot Page the author’s concede that increased visibility of “transgender” people was driving up demand.

However, in Sweden a documentary covering people who went on to regret their surgeries had the opposite effect and led to a decrease in referrals of 31%.

Young boys, and girls, who are naturally attracted to things associated with the opposite sex are likely to be more vulnerable to the suggest selling of all things “transgender”. Below 👇 is Corey as a young boy which accompanied an article emphasising his love of all the trappings of femininity: “mascara and lipgloss”.

In his viral video he talks about how he did not fit in at school and was bullied about his atypical interests.
Boys who are like Corey often grow up to be gay boys. This seems never to have been considered as an option. Corey’s parents took him out of school to be educated at home. When he returned to the public school system it was to a different schools and as a “girl”. Corey was allowed to use the girl’s facilities and play on the girl’s sports teams.
Corey was put on puberty blockers, age 11 , followed by cross sex hormones, after being socially transitioned. You can find many interviews with Corey and Eric. There is not much of an up to date media presence, for Eric, but Corey is on instagram, twitter, facebook, YouTube, TikTok and, sadly, Only Fans. He appears to have fallen out with his mum and has been evicted from the family home. This is a post from his facebook account pleading with his mum (who he calls his father) for guidance and referencing her alcoholism.

I am going to blur out some of the more explicit images from Maison’s account but he is clearly posting explicit content on any platform that hosts the images. These pictures may have originated from his only fans but I sourced them from images in the public domain.
Corey is a victim but now acting as a social influencer promoting this ideology to his many followers which is why I covered him. He has been badly let down by his parents, doctors and by society. It is not unusual to see men, who transitioned early, acting out in hyper sexualised ways. All the more tragic since there is a high likelihood that he has damaged his sexual function by following this trajectory.
