Oak Foundation 3

Oak Foundation was set up by a British billionaire who made his fortune in an international company specialising in luxury, Duty Free goods. The foundation, ironically, now spends much of its money on climate change issues and other “social justice” causes; beloved of the self proclaimed “progressive left”. Naturally enough this includes LGBTQIA+ causes and initiatives pretending to focus on women which actually prioritise men who are sex mimics. Oak funds organisations across the world but am here to drill down to see how the U.K has been (potentially?) corrupted by Oak monies.

This is the third in a series on Oak Foundation grant recipients. You can read part one here 👇.

Oak Foundation’s Controversial Causes and Funding. Part One

Oak Foundation: Grantees PT 2 a

Oxfam

Oxfam was in the receipt of over half a million dollars from Oak Foundation.

Screenshot

Oxfam has embraced sex denialism with unseemly enthusiasm so they have cropped up before on this blog. I did a three part series on them which is linked below.

Oxfam

Human Dignity Trust.

This outfit was a new one for me but it quicly transpired that they have a sex mimic on the board. Emma Cusdin has an impressive list of achievements, measured by the standards of the sex denialist world.

Emma was previously a trustee of Gender Identity Research and Education Society (GIRES). GIRES was set up by the parents of a boy/man they call their daughter. GIRES are one of the more influential of organisations promulgating sex denialism. In addition our Emma is also involved with Global Butterflies which is run by another man who calls himself Rachel. Emma and Rachel are married and of course Cusdin refers to Rachel as his “wife”.

I have also covered Global Butterflies where “Rachel” gave an interview to the Solicitors Regulation Authority effectively advising them to , effectively, break the law but calling it Get Ahead of the Law.

Get ahead of the Law!

I did a bit of digging on Emma who appears on quite a few podcasts /YouTubes. I sat through a couple so you don’t have to. Here he is 👇 talking, without a hint of irony, about being true to himself a twist on the authentic self. He also covers the danger he faces when travelling internationally; specifically life threatening mis genderings.

You can delve into his work further here 👇 Here he makes a plea for more “trans” representation in advertising. This was five years ago and it is safe to say mission accomplished.

Trans Representation

Or this one via GIRES sponsored by Thompson Reuters. Thompson Reuters sponsored the infamous Denton’s Document that laid out the strategy on how to take over the world with sex denialism.

U.K Youth.org

This is one of the youth indoctrination centres. Oak funded them by over $250k.

Screenshot

A quick search of their website brought up their links with the most radical of trans activist groups ;All Sorts Youth based in Brighton.

The UK Youth project has Princess Anne as a patron and receives 56% of its funding from the usual suspects in Charitable Foundations. They also get a sizeable chunk of government funding. Princess Anne is not the only royal connection to Oak Foundation.

End Violence Against Women.( EVAW )

This misnomered organisation also benefited from the largesse of Oak Foundation. Unsuprisinly the term woman, to them, is a mixed sex label. A charity for women that fails to focus on women only is an abject failure but the ,mainly young women, have been groomed to work against their own interests.

Here are a couple more clips from EVAW which give a flavour of their betrayal of women. They also take aim at the government (then Conservative) for fanning the flames of “transphobia” and referencing the politically motivated “hate crimes”. They also advocating for specialist services able to focus on niche demographics so that minoritised women get support from their own demographic. This courtesy , naturally, does not include women who want only same sex support.

Royal Connections.

Oak foundation also made a large donation to the Royal Marsden hospital where the Duchess of Cambridge of wales was treated for cancer. They also donated over half a million dollars to the Duke and Duchesses charity. I say this not to advance a conspiracy theory but to illustrate how well connected are these foundations are and how they have the power to set the agenda and undermine democracy.

Global Dialogue

Each of these above organisations merit a deep dive of their own because they, inn turn, distribute grants. However There is one foundation that I will cover shortly.; Global Dialogue. They also received huge amounts of money(Over $4 million) from Oak Foundation and in turn are distributing large amounts of money to further their agenda.

Apart from covering Global Dialogue I have also been encouraged to look at the work Oak Foundation is putting into combatting child sexual abuse and the kind of organisations they are funding. I am told there are connections worth looking into to research whether they are funding those who think the best way to combat CSA is to destigmatise paedophilia and encourage the rebranding as “Minor Attracted People” and promote the idea of “Virtual Paedophiles” who claim to be “no contact” .

March is a particularly expensive month as all my subscriptions for my blog costs and virus protection fall due. I am also trying to raise funds for a laptop to begin work on an outline book proposal. Only give if you can afford and do not choose me over important legal cases. If you can afford to help it will be gratefully received. Content will remain open.

Oak Foundation: Grantees PT 2 a

This is part 2 of a series looking at this foundation and the organisations they bankroll. You can read part one here 👇

Oak Foundation’s Controversial Causes and Funding. Part One

I have covered a few of these “Charitable” foundations; with a specific focus on the United Kingdom. For a global perspective you need to follow @bjprtraits on X and visit her blog which is linked below: 👇

11th Hour Blog

The annual reports for Oak Foundation are readily available, dating back to 2018 and, at the time of writing, up to 2023. I was able to search how many grantees were described as LGBT, versus Lesbian only (none). For this post I searched for grantees based, or with operations in, the United Kingdom. There are too many to fit in one post so I will split this in two parts.

My intention was twofold; first to find out how much Oak is pushing gender identity ideology and secondly to ascertain how many other organisations are compromised by taking the Oak dollar. As you will see, some of those organisations have embraced the transgender propaganda wholesale, even when it appears to be outwith their official remit. Others have refrained from pushing this ideology but I could not find any who have publicly adopted the “gender critical” position. I will be naming the organisations funded by Oak but you should be wary of drawing any firm conclusions in respect of their actual stance on Gender Identity Ideology. The financial clout wielded by so many of these foundations may mean recipients may see little choice but to accept this funding to pursue their charitable cause. We do not know if there are conditions attached to the funding or if the trustees opt to remain silent on gender identity ideology to avoid compromising a funding stream. Individual charities may be doing their utmost to hold the line, on issues like single sex spaces, albeit behind the scenes. Nevertheless it is very difficult for the grantees to be anything but muted about the harms of gender identity ideology, even if it compromises their core objectives. We should all be concerned about this.

Internews

First up is an outfit called internews who took $200,000 and describe themselves as an independent media outlet prizing accurate reporting and holding power to account.

Internews have no hesitation in painting themselves as defenders of women’s rights whilst they are fully paid up proponents of gender ideology, as outlined in their style guide and LGBTQ reporting guide.

Internews cover such ground breaking topics as the impact of Covid on the LGBTQ+ community forced back into a home environment with family invariably portrayed as unsupportive, or even dangerous.

Russell Webster Ltd.

Russell is an independent consultant with numerous publications on the prison system. He links to a lot of content on the experience of LGBT people in prison but I could find nothing on the impact on female prisoners housed with male offenders. He seems unfamiliar with the legally protected characteristics and substitutes “gender” for “sex”.

He was awarded $26,000 by Oak Foundation; whether this played a role in his lack of curiosity about the practical impact of imposing “gender ideology” , in the form of mixed sex prisons, on women, is hard to say. It seems a major sin of omission to me.

Rights Info /Each Other

Rights info are recorded as receiving $380,000 but it appears they subsequently became an organisation called Each Other. (Adam Wagner a barrister specialising in Human Rights cases appears in early material). As Each Other, this organisation is fully committed to sex denialism.

Screenshot

Sadly, for him and the rest of us, the Archbishop of Canterbury appears to have listened to the arguments of “gender identity” ideology as espoused by Vichy, Lesbian, comedian, Sandy Toxic . (oops Toksvig). 👇

The charity is supported by some one of the frequent supporters of LGBTIQ+ outfits the English Collective of Prostitutes, The “trans” ideologues seem particularly enthralled by people is prostitution; which is in itself ironic because the highest number of homicidal deaths, in the trans community, happen to “transgender” males involved in prostitution. They also boast that they are supported by Liberty, The Bar Council and have worked with the EHRC (Equality and Human Rights Council) and, I am sad to see, The Equality Trust.

Liberty is no surprise as I covered that organisation earlier. You can read that here 👇

Liberty:

As you can see this organisation is very well connected and the ideological capture by the trans lobby is very evident on their website.

Imkaan

Imkaan got $450,000 from Oak Foundation.

Screenshot

Oak are their main funder as this extract from their accounts illustrates. This is from the Charity Commission for the annual return published in 2023. The charity is in receipt of government and council funding as well as funding from Esmee Fairburn who crop up regularly bankrolling purveyors of gender identity ideology.

Imkaan have a social media account and a very flawed understanding of “trans” history. Here they memorialise a gay man (Marsha P Johnson) as a “transwoman” and activist who they claim particpated in the Stonewall riots, in New York. Marsha was a cross dressing, gay, man and was not a prominent figure in the Stonewall riots. He was among a group of transvestites / men who worked as prostitutes many, like Johnson, were also drug addicts. His behaviour was found so troublesome he was among a group who were ejected from the Gay Liberation front.

Not only does Imkaan propagate the lie that Johnson was a “transwoman” and a major player in the Stonewall riots they also claim “trans sisters” paved the way for women’s liberation. This is laughably false.

They also find time to memorialise the murder of a trans identified man 👇 without feeling it necessary to flesh out the back story. “Naomi” met a man on a swingers site and was murdered after a three day sex and drugs binge. Once again, I remind you that homicides associated with working in prostituion, for this demographic, account for over 60% of the fatalities. This horrific statistic not stop trans lobby groups making #SexWorkIsWork a key part of their propaganda.

Before I leave Imkaan it is work noting that they also claim links with Centre for Women’s Justice, who are also funded by Oak Foundation. Centre for Women’s justice is run by the partner of Julie Bindel.

Surviving Economic Abuse (SEA)

Another beneficiary of Oak Foundation’s largesse is the above charity.

Since their interim C.E.O is Sam Smethers, erstwhile of the Fawcett Society, it is no surprise they are also enmeshed in the belief a women’s rights society should also include men. I was not disappointed. I hope I am giving you a flavour of the way these charities are interlinked: hence the group think. I covered the Fawcett Society in a piece about Jess Phillips. Linked below. The extent of the capture of the charity sector is less of a surprise when you look at all these links.

Jess Phillips. Feminist? Meninist?

Open Democracy.

I have covered Open Democracy before so I will keep it brief. They are funded by quite a lot of foundations including Oak Foundation.

They are also an enthusiastic supporter of prostitution.

More on Open Democracy here: 👇

Open Democracy?

Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Oak Foundation gave quite a hefty donation to Marie Curie. Sadly they are all in on the trans agenda and produce guidance on maintaining a “trans” identity in the face of a terminal diagnosis. They cover issues such as pronouns, concern about exposing their genitals to carers and 👇 continued access to synthetic hormones.

The guidance also signposts readers to the “trans” lobby groups Stonewall and LGBT Foundation.

I will cover further grantees in part two on funding. Like Japanese knotweed their roots are deeply embedded in the charity sector. Japanese knotweed was first introduced by Victorian gardeners and prized for its attractive flowers, until it became known for its invasive and harmful effects, and was outlawed. There is a lesson there for us all.

You can support my work by taking out a paid subscription to my substack or donating below. All donations gratefully received and they do help me cover my costs but, as always, do not prioritise overuseful court cases or more worthy causes.
